The Cat's Meoww...

Cat fights are being taken to a whole new level this Summer with every girl pouncing on one of this season's hottest trends: The Cat Eye Sunglasses! Gracing runway shows like Alexander Wang, Prada, Sonya Rykiel, and Jason Wu (above), the 50's and 80's trend looks like its here to stay! Being a obsessive shopaholic of sunglasses for years (because of my mother ;)), this is a look I have yet to add to my drawers filled with shades! What is an amazing feature about these catty eyes is that they come is SO many different variations: color, size of the cat eye slant (can be either very sharp or slightly catty), shape of the lens...the list is endless!!

Also, what is so fun about them is that in any vintage store you are bound to find at least ONE of these style sunnies since the look it totally vintage! The plus side to the vintage treasure hunt? You will FOR SURE be the only ones rocking the pair you found instead of looking like everyone else around you. So go ahead and experiment with this new, fun trend!
