3 Hour Cruise around Manhattan (shine or rain, the upper deck is tented)
Location: East 23rd St Marina & FDR Drive (dock is to the left of the Gulf Station)
Time: Boarding at 7:30pm SHARP. Boat sets sail at 8pm sharp and returns at 11pm.
